• A task-based parallel Eulerian-Lagrangian framework. Asynchronous multi-physics for reacting flows with spray. Parallel load balanced simulation of combustors swirl injectors. Excellent efficiency applications large particle count and highly non-uniform distribution. An asynchronous approach efficient simulations that can scale arbitrary number particles non-uniformly distributed is presented. The methodology based on a partitioning the problem, where each single-physics problem considered as task carried out using its own set processes. This allows two problems to solve their governing equations concurrently; therefore, hiding computational cost incurred solving an additional physical solver. Applications complex breakup mechanism leading dynamic loading three-dimensional combustion chamber flow/spray extremely uneven distribution demonstrate improved great potential presented approach.
